Executive Coaching

Working with C-Suite and other senior level executives in Fortune 500 and 100 companies has led Julie to design and implement programs to promote organizational sustainability, peak performance and meaningful communication. Julie works individually with executives and with teams to identify the possible and to have each reach their fullest potential.

Leadership Development

Julie works with clients to both identify and grow leaders. She works cohesively to develop meaningful integration of cultural, cognitive and psychological components for leaders to thrive and interact with success. She audits existing programs and organizational structures to identify leaders, streamline communications, nurture the integration of values and build sustainable leadership structures. Julie will design and implement customized leadership training based on the desired outcomes.

Individual Clients

Meeting people where they are and identifying needs are strong areas of interest in Julie’s personal practice. Clients come to Julie for her no-nonsense approach and her deep intuition. She works directly with clients to set goals, and supports them in moving towards success.

Re-Imagining Diversity

Julie works with Companies to make Diversity more than counting numbers. It is crucial to advance talent in companies and redefine what qualifies as both diversity training and diversity leadership in organizations. Julie helps to identify key leaders and provides coaching around resource and network development to allow a diverse group of leaders to truly achieve on an equal playing field. Additionally, Julie understands that diversity is not just by numbers and categories but by thought and cultural experience. She will work with your organization ot make sure you are meeting the highest standards of comprehensive inclusion.

Youth Leadership

Julie has a special interest in working with emerging youth leaders to help them develop the resources necessary to achieve their goals. Young leaders have unique skills and unique needs as they interact in the community, social media and in facing the growing tensions of success, pressure to achieve and attempting to balance all that they have in their lives.

Coaching Packages

3 month Package

7 60 minute sessions to introduce clients to the benefits of coaching or to revisit coaching to tackle a new issue.

6 month Package

13 60 minute sessions of coaching either in person, on the phone or in combination. This package is perfect for the client who wants to ease into a growth mindset, make change that requires planning and is going through transition.

Intensive Weekend

Spend two days delving deep into the topic the client needs help navigating, The client is committed to change and needs a committed partner to work through immediate issues in a timely manner.

Annual Coaching Package

A year long program for the senior executive or busy leader with a non stop schedule. This package offers maximum time and flexibility. You need counsel, you need some to hold you to task, guidance on managing or a sounding board to run by leadership, management and strategic ideas in a confidential and collaborative way, this package would be for you.

Corporate Packages
